Tell us what happened
Include the page address or game name, your device and browser, and the steps that led to the problem. For a calculation, include the values you entered and the result you expected. A screenshot can help if it contains no private information.
Never send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. We cannot recover progress that was stored only on a device and then deleted.
App purchases and game support
For iPhone app questions, include the app name and version. Apple handles App Store payments. See our support guide for common questions and our privacy policy for information about local progress, analytics and advertising.
Corrections and suggestions
We welcome clear examples of incorrect results, unclear explanations and barriers to using a page. We review feedback to improve the games and learning tools. There is no account or contact form to complete.
